A meeting with Mr. Farhad Azizi

When I met Mr. Farhad Azizi, one of the most influential people in the construction industry, I felt heard.

I felt received by him almost instantaneously.

He started asking questions about me and my work, and I could say he was genuinely interested in hearing me out.

Mr. Farhad shared some insightful suggestions for me to grow.

Jack Welch said, "when you become a leader, success is all about growing others."

After talking to him, I realized that success takes a lot of hard work & dedication and yet staying humble.
